Orange ya glad we have our Rishonim...

This week Lior and Noga taught the 1st-3rd graders all they had to know about the delicious fruits and vegetables of Israel, with a special focus on oranges, or "tapuzim" in Hebrew.  They watched some funny Israeli commercials for orange juice and then had a blast creating their very own "moody" oranges using real oranges, markers, and string. Chanukah Crafts Galore!

From homemade menorahs to edible dreidels, our HAMC students spent this week fusing their artistic talents with the Chanukah spirit.  In the featured photos our 3^rd Graders used pretzel sticks, marshmallows, and Hershey Kisses to create the yummiest dreidels we’ve ever seen! The hallway bulletin boards are covered in Chanukah crafts and our ECC’ers decorated wooden dreidels with their own special touch.
