A Visit with a Hurricane Hunter Pilot

We were thrilled to be visited today by Congressman Frelinghuysen, accompanied by a NOAA Hurricane Hunter Pilot. Hurricane Hunter Pilot, Lieutenant Commander Catherine Martin, spoke with students about her career path, her job, and gave them a better understanding of not only NOAA and the Hurricane Hunter role, but the importance of science and the field.
